The bar is filled with a coffee cream ganache, whose aroma is captured by grinding a mixture of 7 different coffees, together with chocolate and olive oil. No artificial aromas or preservatives are used. The filling is softened by the use of olive oil and butter and rendered crunchy by the addition of toasted cocoa bean nibs. The Venchi chocolate and coffee recipe is also used in coffee-filled Cubotti, available in the Pick&Mix pack or in an elegant gift box.
